• 9:30am to 10:00am - arrival at Royal Roads University Mews Conference Centre
   
• 10:00am - Conference begins
   
• 10:00am to 11:00am - Morning Plenary session for all student delegates with keynote address and inspirational presentations
   
• 11:00am to 12 Noon - Breakout sessions (workshops)
   
• 12 Noon to 1:00pm - Lunch (provided)
   
• 1:00pm to 2:00pm - Breakout sessions
   
• 2:00pm to 3:00pm - Closing Plenary for all students, with expert panel and discussion
   
• 3:00pm to 4:00pm - guided eco-hikes at Royal Roads and to Fort Rodd Hill National Historic Site
   
• 4:00pm to 7:00pm - Off the Grid Music and Art Festival at Fort Rodd Hill National Historic Site, public welcome, free admission
