May 25, 2012 - Victoria (Colwood), BC
Information for Schools
YesBC invites secondary school students from across Vancouver Island to take part in a cultural exchange with a mission to change our culture.
The Greater Victoria Youth Climate Action Summit and Off the Grid Music and Art Festival is inviting students to come together to be inspired, share their stories, experiences, challenges and successes as motivational youth help lead us all to a more sustainable world.
School groups of up to 30 members (including at least one teacher) are invited to register by April 30, 2012 (late registrations may be accepted, if space permits) to participate in the Youth Summit and Off the Grid Music and Art Festival. Students (and teachers) unable to attend the Summit at Royal Roads University are still encouraged to attend the music and art festival at Fort Rodd Hill National Historic Site. The public will also be welcome at the festival, a free community event for the enjoyment of all.
