Folk rockers Jon and Roy have been voted to headline the region's first ever Off-the-Grid Music & Art Festival at City Centre Park on Thursday, April 21, 2011.
Jon and Roy have deep environmental roots and a strong local following, which helped them top the polls with youth from across the Capital Region.
Performing on the Off-the-Grid stage along with Jon and Roy will be talent selected from contest submissions to the festival.
